Food

We offer a variety of natural whole foods, locally grown whenever possible. We shop at the farmer’s market and make every effort to prepare foods in season. We can, however, cook a wide variety of styles from down home comfort food to gourmet presentations. You let us know your preferences and the desired cost per person and we will create a menu that fits your taste and budget.

The following are some of the basic food services we offer guests. These are the prices for our cook’s choice; specific requests will be priced according to cost of ingredients and portion sizes. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.

Breakfast: served with bread, tea, and juice - $5.00

Hearty: two farm fresh eggs, cooked the way you like them

Healthy: oat bran cooked to perfection with flax seed and fruit

Light: fresh fruit, low fat vanilla yogurt, and a sprinkling of granola

Add: all natural meat - $3.50; fried potatoes with onion and pepper - $1.50

Lunches: salad or soup with sandwich or wrap and cookie and tea - $7.50

Dinners: soup or salad, entrée, starch and vegetable, dessert and tea: $15.00

Tea Parties:

Garden Tea: hot tea and iced tea or lemonade with cookies - $5.00

Crème Tea: teas and cookies + scones, whipping cream, and jam - $10.00

Afternoon Tea: the above + sandwiches & more dessert - $15.00

High Tea: the above + salad & hearty dish & more desserts - $20.00

Picnic Baskets: bread, cheese, fruit & chocolate with iced tea - $22.00 for 2

Weddings: buffet style – appetizers, dinner, and wedding cake - $20.00/person

Wellness Sessions

Body Work

Massage: Let our state licensed massage therapists rub those knots out of your shoulders while inhaling fragrant scents that relax and feed the soul. For a full body massage, schedule an hour session for $60. You must schedule and pay ahead of time as our masseurs drive over 30 minutes to get here from Athens so they must be paid regardless of whether clients show or not. Cancellations made 48 hrs. in advance will receive a 75% refund otherwise, no refund.

Reflexology: Feet deserve to be pampered, treat yours to a soothing foot reflexology session. It is only $25 for 30 minutes but for $45, it lasts a whole hour and includes an herbal exfoliate treatment as well.

Holistic/Herbal: Interested in learning more about holistic options that might be incorporated into your daily lifestyle? Maybe you would like to learn more about holistic options for a specific condition. We provide education about possible avenues to pursue and direct clients to the available resources we are aware of. It is up to the client to take notes and make their own choices and decisions about actions to take. Personal experience adds insight and perspective to facts and opinions to increase understanding. This service is $50/ hour.

Flower Essences: Flower essences, referred to by some as spiritual vitamins, assist in balancing thoughts and emotions. Following a reading, the chosen essences are discussed and the client is given affirmations to enhance their effectiveness. The combination is specifically for that person and may change as the time and circumstances change. Readings are $40 and take 40-60 minutes.

Personal Retreats: Individualized wellness plans are available for those who would like to get away and be pampered- be fed healthy natural meals, relax with a therapeutic massage, have their feet rubbed, learn about available options for improving vitality, receiving a personal flower essence reading, etc. Call to make your stay uniquely just for you.
