Rental Fees and Policies

House

Meeting Space: $60 for 3 hours or $100 for an 8 hr. day. Coffee & tea service is available for $2/person. We also cater meals and snacks. See food service for more information.

Lodging: (weeknights Sun.-Thurs./ weekend nights Fri. & Sat.)

Main Floor

- Single Room: $35 weeknights / $40 weekend nights
- Double Room: $55 week / $65 weekends
- Loft Room: two person occupancy- $75 week / $90 weekends + $20/person/night and $25/person/night for up to 5 additional guests.

- Whole House Rate: includes all sleeping spaces, bathrooms, and meeting room for- $230/night during the week and $260/night on the weekend. Maximum overnight guests 12, add $5/person/night for additional campers. Rental is based on a 24 hour time period.

Cabin

Must use porta-pots when available, otherwise, may use house bathroom .

Downstairs: $30 week / $45 weekends. Maximum overnight guests 2.

Upstairs: $15/person/night. Must provide own linens, blankets, sleeping bags, pillows and towels. Hostel type setting with maximum overnight guests of 9.

Whole Cabin Rate: $125/week or $150/weekend for maximum of 11 overnight guests. There is a $5/person/night for those camping overnight in their own tents.

Facility

Includes house and cabin with up to 24 overnight guests. Cost is $330/night during the week and $385/night on weekends. Add $5/person/night camping fee for additional overnight guests staying in their own tents. Rental is based on a 24 hour time period.

Camping: Must provide own tent, sleeping bag, towels, etc. and use porta-pots when available. $10/adult and $5/ kid per night.

Kitchen: additional fee and deposit to use kitchen other than for tea and coffee; must be pre -arranged and cost varies depending upon usage. Whenever using the kitchen, guests must leave it as they found it- clean with all dishes washed and put away.
