These sessions are educational, not clinical. There is no diagnosing or prescribing but rather the sharing of information and available resources. Emphasis is placed on lifestyle- diet, exercise, stress management, herbal support, and other holistic aspects. Choices are explored to expand consumer’s awareness of available options that lead to responsible decision making.

Flower Essences: Flower essences, referred to by some as spiritual vitamins, assist in balancing thoughts and emotions. Following a reading, the chosen essences are discussed and the client is given affirmations to enhance their effectiveness. The combination is specifically for that person and may change as the time and circumstances change. Readings are $40 and take 40-60 minutes.

Sessions focus on what you want to focus on. They are by appointment only and may take place in person or over the phone. It is possible for Cindy to travel to the client's home or office for a minimum fee based on distance plus travel reimbursement at 48 cents a mile round trip. Holistic/Herbal: Interested in learning more about holistic options that might be incorporated into your daily lifestyle? Maybe you would like to learn more about holistic options for a specific condition. We provide education about possible avenues to pursue and direct clients to the available resources we are aware of. It is up to the client to take notes and make their own choices and decisions about actions to take. Personal experience adds insight and perspective to facts and opinions to increase understanding. This service is $50/ hour and include a flower essence if desired.
