2008 Schedule

Pre-registration and payment are required to reserve your place in class. Attendance is limited and fills up fast so register early. When classes are full, registrants will be notified that they have been placed on a waiting list. Should registration warrant an additional session, a time will be scheduled and announced via email.

Classes

Lunch is included. Times and registration fees are stated for each event.

Gypsy Cold Care: Jan. 12th * 10 - 3 Fee $60

Increase awareness of the changing seasons and assist the body during these transitions. To ease sniffles and other winter discomforts recipes will be given for garlic soup, rose hip jam, teas, and tinctures. We will also discuss some great hydrotherapy techniques that have been proven to be very helpful.

Green First Aid: Jan. 13th * 10 – 3 * Fee: $60

View and sample the various items that one might choose to include in a first aid kit. Learn how to make basic herbal preparations in your own kitchen and custom design personalized kits for home, travel, and hiking.
